Did our medical get the magic spray out like the Spurs staff? Freeze spraying a ACL injury is good practice. In fact Spurs injury records are as bad as ours.

I still can't believe he was allowed back on. You could see him twist it badly. Get him off immediately just as a precaution. Medical staff staff not impressing me. Not the first time it has happened.

At some point you have to get back on the horse, sure the injury came just 4 minutes into his first league game but he's spent hours in the gym, many more on the training pitch and time playing in the under 21s. Lets not make out he's been forced to make the decision to play himself.

Yeah I agree that he has to come back at some point, but that point isn't after a relative handful of minutes in a low intensity, U21s game against Fleetwood youth academy or whoever.

We saw what happened to both Belloumi and Millar after the injuries they had, where they picked up subsequent injuries but we seemed in such a rush to play him that it doesn't feel like we put his wellbeing above him playing.

Probably on bench to keep his world cup dreams alive when he clearly isn't fit.

Then it'll be back to Bristol hopefully.

All fur and no knickers like the majority (with exceptions) we've signed in the last 4 years.

Though he's been far from the worst.

Best of luck to the lad, but I don't want us to sign him on next year.

I'd rather we just convinced Joffy he isn't a number 10 and sign him up alongside Belloumi instead.

Though Belloumi needs to find some product as well now he's been back a while.

Millar is finding it, Mo has been back longer.

Barring any outside interference, I fully expect Joffey to be a permanent Hull City player next season.

Because the alternative is replacing his goals in the squad with a new player who needs integrating into the playing style.

I think his second half of the season has done us a favour really. Him and Bellloumi as right wing options again next season would be great, but are they both going to want that if Belloumi is fully fit?

I hope we stop persisting with Gelhardt in the number 10 position, can't remember too many games where it's worked well. Maybe if we had a better defensive midfielder it would work better.

I’d rather buy a decent number 10 if I’m honest. He doesn’t affect games enough and isn’t clever enough to play number 10. He was dynamite when Mcburnie was injured, but since his injury bar the odd goal he’s been average. You can’t have two 4 million pound players looking to play the same position. If you strengthen midfield I think Belloumi would be a better option at 10.

I would buy him all day long at £4m. He’s very young and only going to improve.

The problem is, every club in the division that can spend £4m would also pay that for him, and he has a big wage to match. Without a big sale to fund it I just can’t see it.
