Its actually called the Wavendon. On the Broadway (Top of Chester Road). Its just where everyone usually bails out to after a funeral hence it got its name.

It’s changed hands a couple of times over the last few years. A lot of our families go there after a service - any pub is nice on a day like this tho! Gutted I’m not going tonight but I’m on call….again!

Notts Forest was my first ever match. It was a 0-0 bore draw, but not to me! It was wonderful and the beginning of my SAFC addiction
