Part of my pre football match day as a youngster. FF with Sam Leitch and On the Ball on ITV which went to Saint & Greavesy later.

Didn’t know FF was still on :emoticon-0138-think
The thing that surprised me was that it hadn't been canned some time ago.

The programmes you mentioned were avidly watched as there was so little footy on TV. You can't put the TV on now without football being available. A lot of the anticipation has been taken out of the sport. Take it or leave it.

Just read Morrison's WoL article.
He's shortlisted 4 players for player of the season.
All 4 will be out of contract in the summer. <yikes>

So basically the gogs just need to better Hull’s result to scrape into the play off’s.
On paper Hull have the easiest game
On grass it’s still easier
Hull V Norwich (on the beach)
Wrexham V Boro (still after an auto spot as are millwall and Ipswich)
And all 4 teams are at home
Millwall favs V relegated Oxford
