I wonder how many more managers they'll need to go through before accepting the problem might lie with the players and the people who run the club.
And the massive ridiculous over the top expectations of their deluded fanbase who think they have some sort of divine right and entitlement to be a top club in the Premier League. Bit like Arsenal fans. Arsenal bought their way into the old First Division when they were formed and Chelsea were just another club in London before a dodgy Russian billionaire bought them. I can see why Rosenior took the job, he will probably never have to work again after his 100 days with that lot, but career wise it was always destined to failure. He wasn't a big enough name for the big heads and big gobs who latch onto that club, so for me I wish them nothing but bad luck and more bad judgement for years to come. They deserve it.

He will get around £3m. Not bad for a few months but nowhere near the stupid money being put on social media.

Plus if he takes a job within the next two years that £3m reduces.

Why do you do this? Did you help draw up his contract? Thing is only a few people will know the exact details and the media are just guessing and making up headlines. A quick search shows even the major news sources (sky, bbc, cnn) can't agree on what his pay off will be.

In other Chelsea news, they are in the FA cup semi final this weekend here's how they got there.
However, he did secure FA Cup wins over Championship sides Charlton, Hull City and Wrexham (on penalties) before a 7-0 drubbing of League One bottom club Port Vale set up Sunday's FA Cup semi-final with Leeds.

All that can be true .... but Rosenior was still a ridiculous appointment (which, that said, comes back to "the people who run the club" I guess!).

It wasn’t intended that way, I’m not and never was anti Rosie but I just thought that because of your location and your positive comments about him, it was a bit of fun to mention it.
I named australia as its an english speaking country

Potter and tuchel speak their respective teams language

I was never anti Rosenior either. He was an excellent player for us and initially I was quite happy when he was given the job but as time wore on I did detect that his ego had started to come to the fore and he'd developed a stubbornness that wasn't prevalent in him as a player, that said,I was shocked when he got the bump. The fact that he'd got us into a prominent position and we then regressed was too much for the owner and hopefully we're not about to have the same conversation in 2 or 3 weeks time if we fail to get into the play-offs this season.(I think we will get into them but that's bye the bye).

I was even more shocked when Chelsea took a punt on him,it was a gamble that was doomed from the start, the fans objected from day one and it looks like the players added their weight to it.He's a fall guy for the Chelsea culture and whoever steps up next to have a crack needs to think long and hard before committing as it's become a bit of a toxic poisoned chalice.

I wish him well, though I'm not sure where he goes from here and maybe, just maybe,he needs to have a long hard look at himself and go back to being the humble character we saw as a player...
