Great news....BUT

We first need to get it right on the ticketing front, its not rocket science, stop pissing people off with ridiculous decisions that only someone incredibly thick or had zero experience in customer service would do & make sure we (the club) stay loyal to the supporters who have given the same back during our darkest days.....& That is NOT rewarding loyalty, its minimum respect to those who have stood strong through thick & thin
Well said Prof! The club have got so much right in the last 18 months in particular. It's a shame that the naivety and almost blatant disregard for the supporters by the ticket office management is ruining the club/fan relationship.

It’s staggering the club can’t see how badly they’re getting this ‘seat relocation’ issue so wrong.

All they need to do is have a window of a few days specifically for people wanting to move seats. It's not difficult and it is fair for everyone involved, most people on the waiting list would understand too.

Absolutely baffled that nobody at the club has thought of that

An interesting interview with the interim CEO.

Thanks for posting that, a really interesting interview. Looks like we are in safe hands but our structure, focus and experience for supporters is going to change. Not sure if all of our support will be happy but we need to progress and become a global player in this market.

I do wonder if we have the support for all this corporate stuff. Might be better an idea to have more of the mid range to get more fans to use it.
