I reckon the best own goal i have seen live was David Nish City v Leicester in 1970 at the South Stand a brilliant diving header from a corner past a stunned Peter Shilton

Indeed. But the chap(Chaio i think) who plays for Celtic this season. Scored an own goal in the Europa League a few weeks back, Classic. On a par with the ones above.
yes almost went as fast as Ken Houghtons volley that almost removed Peter Shiltons head @ the north stand end under the clock. Great game. City won 3-0 that day.
