Nearly all posts made by Saints fans seem to agree that the atmosphere generated by the Pompey fans was electric . I think its you thats dillusional and perhaps when you mentioned a cemetry you were referring to that red inside of a UFO you call St . Fairies. Unfortunately , its very windy and wet over here in Malta at the mo and I would like to inform you that the sun does not get to me as I happen to be Maltese so I am pretty used to it . For your info I will be taking a break soon , I am coming over in January to watch the best supported team on the South Coast of England play against West Ham at home . Just ordered the tickets over the phone . Perhaps you would like to come over that day and have a peak mate . Have a nice day for now .
Funny to read all this banter on here. I don't think taking 600 to millwall on boxing day makes you a well supported club. Backs to the wall brings out a much better level of support. I hope that the financial situation does not create that situation. Try following plymouth - mismanaged and in crisis sound familiar ? Wouldnt wish it on anyone however even with an early kick off, a longer trip we still took over 1000 to bristol and we are bottom of the whole football league !!!! Having said that home games only attract under 6000 I live in Pompey and work in Southampton. Pompey will always be much more of a football city that cares for it's team. Have to say I enjoy going to FP much more than SM as it has an identity. Roll on the day we can possibly return to play you both !!!
Interesting views from a 'virtual outsider' Pompey Green ! Best of luck to the Pilgrims, for surviving all your problems, and to avoid the drop from Division 2
