My gog mate from Caernarfon has messaged me to watch Caernarfon in the Welsh final v Flint. So I am and immediately noticed the referee is Welsh and FIFA accredited. His last game was Ireland v North Macadonia. So why isn’t he refereeing EFL games - I know he can’t (something to do with the different pyramids) but surely he’s got ambition other than refereeing Welsh League games week in week out? Plus he’s probably better than the jokers we have to put up with.

Indeed it is a 3 way Welsh battle - Hull City have pipped them to the 6th spot.
No - Wrexham would have got 6th by a single goal difference.
