Thanks TW sadly not...Hope things improve for your mum.
At least she's in a very good place for it. My mum was in there for a few months before spending her final few days in Dove House. Thoughts are with youThanks TW sadly not...
Having had a friend in there she's in good caring hands, best wishes. Thanks TW sadly not...
Sorry to hear that. I saw you said it’s unlikely anything will improve, so wishing you and her all the best for everything going as well as it possibly can.I've been staying up with my Mum in Queens Centre CH. Nice to hear someone call their mam mam. ..and not the ridiculous "mum"Stay strong T.C,you're doing everything right.Look after your Mam and yourself..
CNot sure I'd be brave enough to start Collyer against a side like Coventry.![]()
Collyer has faced much better opposition than Coventry. He also had a car crash of a back four behind him, much like he does now, when he got his opportunities at Old Trafford. He could turn out to be a McTominay, he could also be a Luke Chadwick. Not sure I'd be brave enough to start Collyer against a side like Coventry.![]()
Agreed. I call mine mom. Never got why anyone says mum, there’s no u in mother.Nice to hear someone call their mam mam. ..and not the ridiculous "mum"
Im the opposite. I stay up before a flight, switch my clock to my destination time zone as soon as I get on, and try to get 5-6 hours sleep around night time at my destination. I tend to have barely any jet lag ever8If I sleep on long flights I tend to get jetlag, my body clock goes awol. Not sleeping helps to avoid it. Heading eastward is worse imo.
Ironically our ****housery levels have dropped which was a part of our unsettling the opponents. Yep. Bring it backI’ve got a sinking feeling about today. Cmon lads lets ****house a win somehow.
The majority of what people call jet lag is caused by dehydration, too much alcohol, not sleeping on a flight and not moving around enough during the flight (I know, slightly contradictory). If you want to minimise the effect of long haul flights don't have any booze, drink lots of water (more than you would normally), sleep as much as possible, and every time you wake up go for a walk around. When you get home, don't lie in but get up at your normal time even if knackered. You'll be back to normal very soon.I tend to get it less when I sleep better.....odd isn't it! Everyone's different
