For me it's three problems:
1. Social media encouraging this sort of activity, and it's down to the companies to deal with it. Part of me says this wouldn't be such a problem IF age restrictions come in - only trial and error would give us the answer to that one.
2. Location, so like a corner shop with kids hanging about outside, it was clear once again they had gathered at a McDonalds. So in areas of social problem, say a minor has to be with an adult. It will not be popular, but then they need to ****ing behave. I did think about temporary closure, but it's slightly different to the corner shop scenario, where you are controlled by alcohol and cigarette/vape rules - whereas there are no illicit products in a burger chain.
3. Parents, do you know where your kids are and what they are doing. Time to inconvenience the parents to come and wait to collect their little brat.
Other than that other options are fines and made to clean the streets as some part of a community order.
