This is what we eat in Jamaica. I’ll start with the beautiful chicken feet, rice and curry.

Looks good, except for the chicken feet!

I ate pigs ears once, in France, no taste, like eating bits of old inner tube. Not recommended :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Nothing goes to waste in Jamaica. Cows foot, cows head. I’ve had it all. If you can distract yourself from looking at where its eyeballs once were, it’s actually really good food.

I don't doubt it, if I'm ever in Jamaica I expect I'll give it a go :emoticon-0148-yes:

Reminds me of a chap I know, likes meat of all kinds but only if it looks nothing like where it came from. So, sliced chicken breast, fillet steak, pork tenderloin all good, anything with fat, skin or bones forget it. Another pal, I cooked belly pork one time, one of his slices had a nipple on it, he wouldn't eat it. :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Not to upset our interloper Mackem but, that's poor fare compared to what we had when we were in Eddie Stobart's private box right above the Gallowgate.
All was going well until we all shouted for a penalty, the natives below became quite restless. :emoticon-0138-think

I’ve long been mildly intrigued about a ln Icelandic dish wear they cook an entire sheep’s head then trim off the skull and eat the brains out of it.

That must be a tough eat first time round.
