Was fine for a few days but the nerves are fully kicking in

I haven't had time to think about it tbh.

Because the ticket office manager decided to play God some loyal supporters had their legally bought tickets cancelled.

I've given up the ticket I had to someone who posts on here and deserves it more than me.

I can't cancel my train tickets from Fife so I'm turning up anyway.

I'll get in, after leaving home at 7.15am, while the ticket office manager strolls up with a ticket he doesn't have the points to purchase ...

... it seems he's quite happy to jump the queue and take the seat of a genuine Sunderland supporter.

The sooner he's out of this club the better.

Zero nerves, what will be will be, feeling confident and the fact our players already "Get it" is better than any tactic, plus, Newcastle are **** scared of Sunderland. HWTFL

I think you're right mate, some of the Newcastle players seem to be putting feelers out via their agents ...

... Woltemade, Bruno, Tonali, etc have all hinted that they want out.

If Xhaka plays at his best we'll win this game.

I feel quite calm for some reason. With the form we've been on, I was a bit apprehensive but that's not really there anymore. Took the day off work cos there's no way I can watch that game sober!

If they win, that's only 1 league game in 11 or if they want to include the FA Cup it's 2 games in 12 they've won AND it's took blood money to do it!

Guess, I always get nervous before games

Something I can’t explain

Its either nerves, butterflies or happy nerves

Don't get me wrong, I hate the build up to the derby. IMO you can only enjoy the derby if you win but for some reason I'm ok with it. Mind you the beers are going down well tonight and I'll be topping myself up tomorrow! <whistle>

I did a favour for my boss today and collected them from St Andrews after lunch.

He bought me a bottle of Mount Gay Navy Strength rum that keeps winking at me ...

... I'm tempted but I leave for the match at 7.15 in the morning <whistle>

Have to get full of drink to watch a derby! The missus reckons I have to stay in the house so I don't cause trouble if I watch it in a pub in Hartlepool. Then suggested if I fancy going up to Newcastle!!!!

Mind you I was half tempted! :emoticon-0102-bigsm

how many we going for to be fit out of the 4 tomorrow? my guess is 3
It's hard to say with Regis, he's very much a straight talker but when it comes to injuries and lineups he's a bit of a tinker. Hard to say if he's telling us the players who don't make it are bang up for it and it's not an attitude problem or if he knows they won't be available and is creating a smokescreen.

If I was guessing I'd say Ballard and Le Fee are fine and Mukiele will probably start.

️ Brian Brobbey ahead of tomorrow’s Tyne-Wear Derby: “Confidence? Of course, always. Otherwise you don’t play football.

“Hopefully. If God wants it, then I’m going to deliver. Every game is the same. It’s not because we are playing a derby that it’s different. We just need to give 100 per cent. We are going to see what’s going to happen on Sunday.”

On his first taste of derby action he said: “It was good. I enjoyed it very much and it was a good atmosphere. Hopefully we’re going to do a good job there.”
