It does and if doesn't really matter now. The precedent has been set. However they can't take away the Senegal celebrations and feelings having 'won' on the day. Also, same that the Moroccan players won't get that 'winning' feeling.
Like us in 1990. I left Wembley deflated and we missed out on the promotion celebrations in London.
