£38m into Sunderlands regeneration this week for a start on top of the £25m recently committed.

Fantastic walking round Sunderland before the match yesterday and seeing all the work underway on one of my many hundreds of visits to Sunderland as a mag.

If you removed hatred from your eyes
you would see more clearly.

OPINION - PRITI PATEL: Good luck if you seriously think you'll stop us talking about this, Prime Minister.

The Mandelson-Epstein scandal is an utter embarrassment for our country. It has weakened our global standing and undermined our relationship with our most important ally, the US. I visited Washington in February and met with figures from the administration, the Senate and the wider political landscape. And one of the most striking things was how deeply the Mandelson story had resonated. The whole scandal projects an image of chaos. But it also does something worse: it casts a shadow of shame on the UK with our closest ally.
Keir Starmer’s constant, desperate attempts to cover up the truth have only made things worse. By trying to dodge the Humble Address we tabled in Parliament and its demand for all documents to be published, he confirmed he had no intention of being honest. Starmer has accepted he made an error in appointing Mandelson. He’s done that to try and kill the story off. By trying to present this scandal as an honest mistake, he hopes to get away without any more damage to his collapsing authority. We will not let this happen.

Labour wants to build 1.5 million new homes in England by the end of this parliament (Image: Getty)
Labour has been slammed after new analysis shows a significant number of new builds will be needed to house migrants. Nearly four in ten new homes built by 2030 will be required for migrants, according to research from the Conservative Party, with warnings this could put additional pressure on the housing market.
It comes as the Government continues to lag behind its ambitious house-building plans. Building 1.5 million new homes across England by 2029 was a key pledge in Labour’s manifesto, however industry experts have warned it will be impossible to achieve. The new analysis is reportedly based on data from the Office for Budget Responsibility’s latest Economic and Fiscal Outlook.

It really doesn’t matter what they are, it needs sorting! We are talking about children here, I assume if it was your child involved you wouldn’t have the same blasé attitude.
The insinuation was that Labour was somehow complicit in it. Of course it is vile and disgusting but it has nothing to do with The Labour Party.

i think you will find the tories were in charge when regen in Sunderland started

What a dopy thing to say,I love Sunderland and have supported the lads before you were a twinkle in a drunks eye .It was me that raised the point that Sunderland council were about to give the consortium in sheepfolds permission as they wanted to build right up to the stadium. which would have stopped the expension plans.Typical of you you only see hate if its not your way of thinking, i even added my comments to a thread where i pointed this out

The threads wouldn't be cancelled if you stopped making nasty comments and expecting me not to reciprocate, like the comment above there was no need for it so ive added my comment of which you wont like either
The council have sat down with the club s as NS sorted it out with Sir Bob who is a Labour supporter. Grown ups addressing issues for the greater good.

The alternative is division as d hate with the politics you support.

Posting GB News gibberish as gospel. You have to laugh
