Interesting to hear about how the players cope with the manager changes .

Must have some affect on them particularly if they liked one .

I know in the past we have had players probably keen to see the back of certain ex managers too .

Yes that is probably the Ed Still honeymoon well and truly over !

Probably under pressure now from fans and the Pozzos to get an instant positive reaction out of the players and a much improved performance.

Most fans of clubs would be annoyed and wondering what is going on if their team kept changing managers every few weeks but our fans almost seem to like the idea and want more upheaval.

I wonder if Ed will still be here next season, or how many of our players will be here

Well if the fans have their way no and not many

I just find it a bit sad that after a couple of admittedly poor performances we are again talking about changing the manager .

If this was a prolonged run of form then fair enough but have we really become a fanbase that barely gives a manager a chance ?

In that case probably no better than the owners themselves

What happens if the next guy comes wins a couple then loses an and or two .

He goes as well?

I can remember when getting promoted to the second tier was the Holy Grail

The money spent on Manager payoffs could have paid for a Striker that would have scored the goals to win promotion

3CR think Louza is already on his Sun Lounger
Well exactly.

Maybe need to look at our recruiting and fitness record rather than just the manager ?

Apparently a number of players are carrying knocks added to others injured.

No wonder we don’t get any consistency in performance if half the team are hobbling around .

I think Louza is one of those struggling but the trout is we rely on him so much him not performing really stands out .
