Given the standard of opposition, that must be one of Manning's best games for us. He's been good recently, but against much weaker opposition. Against the best side in division today, he was solid in defence and attack.

Matsuki and Downes both got goals to top off their performances. If only Manning had done likewise by sticking his FK in the top corner (I really fancied him).
