What on earth are you on about? We are talking about minorities imposing their ways on us. The question of people claiming they can’t afford to cook meals but can afford mobiles, sat tv, and takeaways is a different issue. Let me know when you can manage on £12,570 a year. You appear confused. And, it is bastions.
How do you know they can afford mobiles and subscription tv ?
Isn't 12,570 the tax code ?

Considering the slurs you and your bum Chum Chuck out all the time I don't consider mine particularly bad. My argument isn't invalid, you've just run out of valid responses and are clutching at straws. Oh, and by the way, I'm not working tomorrow, pretty much like you (but for different reasons)

Yes. And the new state pension from April is £12,547. The old state pension is £9614. Though some get an extra amount through SERPS.
Plenty of people who claim they can’t afford breakfasts for the kids or to cook meals have mobiles and subscription TV and buy ready meals and takeaways. Priorities…

I'm not sure that I called anyone a silly ****, I can certainly guarantee you have so you've already invalidated any argument you've tried to make (surprise, surprise)

Can’t agree fully with you here Edelman. Thats looking up at those with their own house. Try telling this to the working class who rented all their lives whist going down Mines or to sea trawling. Same for factory workers. Millions do not own their own property.

True but plenty had the chance to at massive discount.

As some say it's all about priorities .
We all know people that have earned decent money and have nothing then people that earned little but have their own house

I don't earn a lot (less than 30k) and got onto the ladder last year and I'm only 30 odd and living on my own. Same with a lot of my friends (minus the living alone bit). Don't know what all the fuss is about re youngsters not being able to do it. Prioritise it and it's more than doable, although choosing somewhere cheap like Hull does help.

I don't need to work 'Benclone'...I had put in 48 years of it before illness,I own my home and have done since 2009.As you're well aware, and you choose to find amusing and a source of mockery(wonder where you get that from) ,I'm currently incapacitated and claiming benefits due to illness, with potential issues involving multiple myeloma,(that's blood cancer for thick ****s like you).I get my bloods done weekly and I attend a specialist every 3 months,no big deal, couldn't give a **** about sympathy,I've Sat down with my loved ones and explained my condition,I'm accustomed to it,I live with it and I still attend City games.I'm a ticking time bomb waiting to explode(hopefully not) but I couldn't give two ****s,I've lived a good life and through all the adversity of living in Glasgow I have succeeded in bringing up 4 wonderful children who work for a living and pay vast amounts of income tax!I'm now in the process of having punk rock vinyl nights with my eldest granddaughter(one of many),and I feel blessed.

I hope I live to see them flourish and age,we all do when we achieve dinosaur status and at this point in time my paraproteins are steady enough to suggest there's nothing sinister going on,doesn't stop me from falling asleep 4 or 5 times a day, would you employ me,I wouldn't.

It's a huge positive for me every time I get positive results from my haemotologist, but I do understand your concerns with my unemployment status and I take it on board,do you complain about hotel bills for asylum seekers, probably not.

I claim contribution based benefits( not income based like the ponces who have never done a stroke and spend it on big macs),not that I need it as I've been a clever ****er in the years I worked and amassed enough to live comfortably without it but as it's dropped in my bank fortnightly and no questions are asked I accept it,I've earned it!.It pays for trips to Hull and meetings with my 'bum chum' and other life-long City 'bum chums'.I'm honoured to know these people,I look up to them, some of whom post on here.I also visit my 2 younger cousins when I'm down, all in all I probably have a better life than some people, yourself included, and I appreciate that

As for slurs, you've levelled homophobic insults at me twice tonight(I'm surprised that temporary tin star Rheinhold hasn't picked up on that but he's probably too engrossed in his misogyny to give it a second thought) yet you'll sit there in your cabal of sycophants, proclaim the upper hand and smugly convince yourself you're the better person...

What a ****ing palava!!!

Go and crawl back under the rock from whence you came and have a good look at yourself in the mirror...You're no better than me,you're much lower in actual fact and I have much pity that you 'hate' your job.

Now **** off and go to your piss stained mattress and rejoice in the fact that you've got X amounts of toil ahead of you and you dislike it intensely,I wish you many more years of misery!!!

Tldr didn't read most of your diatribe, because the moment you called me a thick **** (I can guarantee my IQ is higher than yours) you lost any respect in what you're saying. I didn't mock you not working, I merely pointed for different reasons we don't need to work tomorrow, you added the reasoning behind my comment. You need to realise people can have an opposing view without hating each other

I don't hate you, you're a nonentity ,an invisible crud, and in any event I don't use the word hate in any circumstances,I abhor it.

I actually pity you,and as for your I.Q.....WOW,I'm blown away!!! Now go to bed and give yourself a huge pat on the back, you're a superstar:emoticon-0148-yes:

I did similar, although in my 20’s and with a partner. But still living in our first home and if we were house shopping under the same circumstances now we wouldn’t have been able to afford this house. Or very much at all in the area. I still have the right move and zoopla alerts active and it’s only once every couple of months something pings up within our price cap.

I didn't say you hate me personaly, yet again you're imposing deluded opinion on people. I don't need your pity, I know my opinion comes from a compassionate place, yours (despite your alleged Christian values) comes from hatred. If you have a valuable reasoned response I'll deal with it once I get up, otherwise take your own advice and sleep on it dimwit
