Obviously it’s in anyone normal’s interests for Hearts to win this but it could be a generational title race if they get beat to distract us from the monotony of Arsenal coasting to the league here.

Wigan keeper Sam Tickle has just made a mistake and the commentator quipped that it was no laughing matter. It's taken him just over 50 mins to crack that joke. Disappointing.

I spend little time talking about Leicester, but do enjoy calling out your bullshit. Happy to help <cheers>

Our strikers have scored less than 5 goals between them from open play .... not sure where the bullshit is there ... but in fairness, there's a distinct whiff in the air of overuse of CK Obsession attempting to mask a turd, ... so you might be a bit confused... <laugh>

BBC banging on about VAR after it might have actually helped in 1 game. Never mind all the previous **** ups eh.

Said it before ... for VAR to actually work properly (and it could) - there needs to be changes to some rules... offsides are currently ridiculous... you can't score a goal with your nose or elbow but, more fundamentally, there needs to be a (torso) clear daylight criteria - firstly it would make the game more exciting as defenders would need to be way more cautious if attempting 'the trap' - secondly, decisions could be made in an instant and the image put up on the big screens ...

Handball will still remain tricky - but the onus should be on intent ...

The alternative to not having VAR to act as the strawman would be a return to 'Fergie time' and other big club bias ...

Just my opinion - I do agree that in its current form its pretty crap ... indeed, 'not fit for purpose' ...

It can’t work. It never will. It’s stupid to pretend it ever will. Bin.

Guess that sums up our different views of the world - for me there is always a solution, provided the desire and effort is there - the TMO in Rugby is brilliant, very rarely is there an incorrect decision ...

I know there will be the usual 'football's completely different' ... but I don't believe it is - instead of the VAR review it used to be a mob descending on referees bleating and complaining before a game could get restarted...

Football has evolved over the decades - you used to be able to pass back to your keeper when I first started playing - the offside and handball rules have changed repeatedly (not for the better) - used to be one sub - saw us win an FA Cup Q/F where we had 3 different keepers, two of which were outfield players ...

Only caveat is that changes need to improve the spectacle ...
