I haven't checked the detail of Piskies image, but I'm not sure how he would be any safer leaving the country, surely it would be more difficult to get to him in the homeland he knows.

ISIS arm reaches right across Europe, you only have to google something like terrorist events I would have thought to know that.

Salman Rushdie was got at for things he said or wrote, it's not that difficult, it only takes a lone wolf to know where he is attending. And who was the French guy, who was killed along with those in his office over a cartoon.

So I sort of struggle to believe any claim that he would leave the UK because it put his life in more danger. You just hire a bunch of body guards, which I'm sure he probably already has - I think that's what Farage done for different reasons.

Apparently he claimed that counter terrorism police contacted him directly to tell him that he was a priority target of ISIS, so now he has to flee the UK because he's in fear of his life

It all sounds like another grift to me. Do counter terrorism police actually contact people like that ? I don't know, I would have thought if they had intel like that, they would be operating covertly to stop it. And even if they'd informed him, it would have been discreet, so why has he blurted it out all over ****in X or whatever platform he uses to spread his nonsense ?

The fact that he's asking his supporters for money to fund the move is a massive red flag, has this **** not made enough money off the back of all of his publicity and hate filled events ? I'm sure he could always ask his mate Farage or Elon for some dosh if he was that hard up.

Ultimately though, whilst I don't condone or celebrate anybody being targeted in this way, you can't help but think this is a massive case of '**** around and find out'. Tommy has spent the last 20 years spreading hate about Muslims, so is it any wonder that he's now made himself a target of a radical islamic group ?

I would imagine they do tbh. Especially people with a high profile.

I think it’s more of an issue we have tens of thousands on a terror watchlist than anything Stephen Yaxley does or says. It’s inevitable they won’t stop them all and nothing will change after the next one whenever that is. Great policing to foil the one in the news the other day but that would have made Bondi look like nothing. There’s little will in the government to stop it and if there was they wouldn’t have a chance anyway.

Maybe if they take Tommeh out the Jihadis will just chill a bit.

It's a sacrifice I think we're all willing to make.

Wonder what the response would be. A year or two ago I’d have said it would have made the post-Southport murders rioting look tame. Don’t think he is the same draw he once was.

Katy Hopkins would be wailing fake tears on X for a few days. Ant Middleton would claim the Caliphate had now taken over the country and only he could save the UK from his luxury pad in Dubai.

Maybe a few roundabouts would get painted

And then people would move on.

Yeah probs. He’s had his day. Farage has really monopolised the hero status for the right. Kind of Corbynesque.

Tommy don't need to leave the country, that's just bollocks, if someone really wanted to get to him, he wouldn't be safe where ever he moves.

He's probably already got some heavies, I expect he would be tipped off my terrorism police if the risk was high, that does not mean I believe he was.

Regardless of all that, I don't care who you are, whatever religion, if you are an extremist or support extremism, left or right, then **** off out of our country, you are not welcome here.

For a second there I thought you were suggesting Tommeh could just go to ground, change his identity, live in a remote rural area and live off the land.

I'm gonna watch out for that **** in case he tries to nick any of my peaty soil

So that 18% on a per capita basis, what does that equate to ?

Import a million nurses to run the NHS. What happens when they get to the age when they're more reliant on the NHS, we import 3 million more to look after them ? That's a can that's being kicked down the road and it's not us that will suffer it is our children and grandchildren. It's unsustainable.

You soon won't be able to see any rocks, hills or trees in this country, they'll all be under housing.

Not that i care much for immigration but what you have said doesn't really make sense.

Whether its the imported million nurses or 1 million home grown ones. When they get to that age there will need supporting regardless. The number of nurses needing support doesn't change (unless we get rid at old age).

Economically wise it's probably cheaper too as we haven't needed to raise and pay for them via schooling/child benefit etc. culture and standards wise is the only concern.

think he just wants to get away from the rain and live in spain and have people pay for it

surely being in the UK with all his supporters is safer than moving to europe where ISIS have easily made inwards into as it's 1 sea route removed and europe were accepting every man and dog who came over in the initial asylum claims.

While I say the same myself in regards to TR, I read up on those two guys that have been sent down for a very long time trying to form a terror cell, it makes for pretty concerning reading for UK citizens...

Greater Manchester Chief Constable Sir Stephen Watson said the pair's intention was 'to commit mass murder'.

'This is not a hyperbolic use of language.

'This was their intent and it was that they were brought up short because of the brilliant work of some very courageous, very professional and very decent people.'

Sir Stephen said had the cell succeeded, the consequences 'would have been truly awful, and would have ranked right up there with the worst of the atrocities that we have seen across the world'.

The senior officer said Jewish communities in Britain were having to 'put up with a way of life that nobody else has to put up with' and 'have more justification to be fearful than anybody else.'

The following day the UCO joined the plotters for 'hostile reconnaissance around North Manchester' - Saadaoui told him the area was 'full of Jews'.

Chillingly he bragged: 'We start with the Jews and if there any Christians caught in the act, that is a bonus but we start with the Jews.'
They walked past Jewish nurseries, schools, restaurants, coffee shops and synagogues, even entering a kosher supermarket.

Saadaoui conducted a surveillance trip around the area of Manchester, where he planned to attack with the undercover officer known as "Farouk" and told him he wanted to target schools and gatherings, adding: "Young, old, women, elderly, the whole lot, killing them all."
Yet in the meantime all Yvonne Cooper wants to concern herself with is Alexie Navalny and Moscow, while we've clearly got a problem with terrorism on our own soil. And after failing in the High Court over the Palestine Action group, I have to wonder if there is a certain amount of deflection going on here.

So yes TR is certainly safer off in the UK, but that's the same level of all our safety and that the security services keep doing their great work and remain successful at all times, but you only need to fail once for a potential atrocity to be carried out.

I still can't help thinking though, I seem more informed by our politicians on Alexie Navalny than I do other recent events that have been going on.

We'll be served up the shock news next that Epstein didn't kill himself.
