Yeah joke that. Why even put an all championship tie on TV anyway? They play each other again next week!

It's a tough call trying to give it a point gained, it was Brentford, at home.

Got to win those to win leagues.

It was away. Brentford have just come off the back of beating Toon and winning at Villa, so they are no pushover

I agree as title challengers we want to be winning these games

But as the game went last night, we could just have easily have lost it.

So if you can't win, make sure you don't lose.

It feels like 2pts dropped last night, but to be fair Brentford were really good and could have won it themselves.

One of those games we wanted to win, but it was crucial we didn't lose.
Fairly sure you want to win all games.

In 38 games with the way they’re playing it’s one of the harder ones and you’ve got through with a point. People are being far too dramatic about a slight decline in form as if City are good enough to win 10 games in a row. They aren’t.

<laugh> was it, didn't even watch just saw you'd drawn! Clearly not paying attention.

Not too bad then, although pretty sure the point gained at Brentford won't end up the deciding factor.

In Arsenal's favour is that City aren't that good.

It's gonna be a battle to the last game of the season. We won't win every game and neither will City.

We are where we want to be right now, 4 point clear. It was a missed opportunity to make it 6, but that would be being unfair to Brentford who were very good last night and would probably be a bit disappointed they didn't win it themselves.

We'd love to win every game, but it's not realistic.

Some of our fans lose their heads when we don't win, but Brentford were very good last night. And it's not surprising, they are a decent team who've just beaten Newcastle and Villa away.

It was one of those games we were trying to win, but it was crucial we didn't lose.

Neither City or Arsenal are going to win 10 games in a row, there will be blips for both sides in the run in and it will probably come down to that game at the Etihad to decide.

Social media has brought a mong element to Arsenal’s fan base more than any other club.

It does my head in. We have some of the worst entitled fans going, who act like absolute raging bellends when things don't go perfectly.

These fans to me just don't understand football. They think it's some kind of computer game where stats and metrics determine that you 'should' win every game. A lot of them have never been to watch Arsenal or any kind of football and just don't get that some games do not go in your favour.

I think every new Arsenal fan should be made to go and watch Stevenage or Rotherham for a season, then they would truly understand what it's like to watch a team struggle and battle for every point week in week out.

A year in Rotherham as punishment could sort the prison capacity issue.

That was my thought <laugh>

Glass over filled...

It is two points dropped in the scheme of the season

But you know how it goes, the actual game itself was a different story. And Brentford will feel that they could have won it too.

In the end, a draw was probably a fair result.

We have a similar (different scale) issue with a generation of fans who have experienced our rise from League One in 2008 through winning the Championship, Premier League, FA Cup and challenging for CL places ... they think that is the norm rather than the reality of us being a yo-yo club from the 60s onwards with some god awful dross interspersed by the odd bright period under managers like O'Farrell, Bloomfield, Jock Wallace, Gordon Milne, Martin O'Neil prior to Pearson, Ranieri and Rodgers ... bunch of entitled twats ...

It's them rather than old ****ers like me who are now bleating and wailing about our current woes...

I thought Brentford were in danger of going down after both Mbuemo and Wissa left - but they actually look better - more balanced - fair play to them.

A predictable result, tbf <whistle>

Brentford have been decent this season, okay sometimes they blow hot and cold, but they are coming off the back of two away wins at Newcastle and Villa. They were at home last night and nothing about that game was going to be a walkover.

They also have that ridiculous weapon in a long throw, don't know the player's name, but they can basically turn a throw in to a corner from just about anywhere inside the oppo half. Once you lob it into the mixer, then anything can happen. It's how they scored their equaliser last night.
