This Romero message is being blown out of all proportion. His real meaning was lost in translation, and the anti-Spurs media want to paint it as a revolt amongst the players.

Curious on how this works: he's on loan at Rosario Central until the end of the English season in June, which presumably means his loan ends at the end of the 2025-6 English season on June 30th and has nothing to do with Argentine transfer windows
This is before the headfuckery of pointing out that June/July would be the winter transfer window for the Argentine league, or that Veliz's loan was for the second half of one season and the first half of another

Paying $55bn for EA seems to coincide with players starting to want out of the Saudi league, presumably as promises went sideways pretty fast

It’s why the window was a disaster for me. Maddison definitely out and Kulusevski unlikely to play again this season yet the club didn’t think they needed a creative type to help out.
Not to me it doesn’t. I shared it because I agreed with it. Spurs should have done a lot more in the transfer window.
