HULL KR have been snubbed for the BBC Sports Personality Team of the Year.

Despite winning the treble – consisting of the Challenge Cup, Super League Grand Final and League Leaders’ Shield – during the 2025 campaign, Rovers have not been included in the three-team shortlist for the prestigious award.
Instead, the England Lionesses and Red Roses – the national women’s football and rugby union sides respectively – plus the European Ryder Cup golf team have made the cut.

We wouldn't have beaten any of those anyway. Me personally aren't really bothered about it or the complete award show, don't think it's important to win and I haven't watched the show in years.

box ticking exercise - Rovers didn't tick any of the right boxes - they only won stuff - the Lionesses lost but ticked more boxes
