It's funny how quickly the narrative shifts. Grind this out and we're back up to third and potentially equal second. Just one game at a time. Watford are a young team, if we batter them around a bit they may go into their shells. Needed a late goal to beat Norwich, they're not some crazy team.

Don’t see us getting anything from this game. If we’re lucky a draw, but having said that, Watford will look to attack us more than Stoke, so might be easier to get through.
1-3 to Watford!

Weather might do us a favour here if the surrounding areas remain so icy and slippery. Time to get some rest into the players and rearrange it for when we are better equipped to sting the Hornets.

Even if it did help us, that would be ****ing ridiculous and completely OTT :emoticon-0138-think
I didn't say I agree with it but knowing the Health and Safety culture we live in and the local police I wouldn't be surprised. We're not even allowed bottle tops in case someone drops a bottle and it gets stood on causing them to fall down stairs, icy conditions and a large number of elderly and/or intoxicated people is a H and S officers wet dream.

Disgaree again

This h&s culture is what allows us to build things without so many people dying

Theres many examples of the opposite

How does a bottle top stop someone from dropping a bottle?

Since when did Tigers sting Hornets? :emoticon-0112-wonde
When they
How does a bottle top stop someone from dropping a bottle?
If the bottle has a lid on the contents stay inside and it becomes a dangerous hazard. If it's got no top on and you stand on it the contents squirt out and it flattens making it safer. I've got the email from the DCMS when they implemented it somewhere, it had diagrams and everything :emoticon-0140-rofl:

So you would agree if they called tomorrow's game off because of the risk of people falling over on ice before the game?

Theyd only call it off if the ice was genuinely dangerous on the steps etc
Very very unlikely

It's-2 out there, unlikely to get much above freezing in the morning, I think there is a fair chance of a number of games being lost to the weather.
