It does need something to get new members when you look at the number of teams which have never got started and, more concerning, the teams that did get started and have just faded away. I am sure that we have nowhere near the number of active participants on our board that we once had and you cannot compare not606 with the original 606 which had active boards for every Club. The original did of course have the BBC behind it to reach out to the masses and not606 cannot emulate that so how you reach the wider audience is a very difficult question. There were other sites set up when 606 folded and I assume that they have just faded away.
Out of interest I checked a thread I raised in 2012 where there were 80 replies including those from Canary Dave(RIP). Carra Rud, Canary Max, Canarie-chippy, Northamptoncfc, walsh.i.am, epore, canaryf1, superman wears, yarco canary, slumadyellows, norwich stare at the premiership, nfcwonky, tony munky canary, redruthyella, I clean holtys boots, norfolkbhoy and goldeneadie. Interesting.

Hey, I'm still around, just re-jigged my account a few years ago.

Still here, was yarco canary, but had to rename to set up when I had problems logging in a few years back. <cheers>

I accept what you say to some extent but is the refusal to accept ' don't ask again ' an upgrade blip or a deliberate ploy? What improvement would you say this upgrade has achieved?
It still refuses to accept ' don't ask again ' so quite clearly it is a deliberate ploy to bully people to give the answer they want because they get fed up with being asked. I always associated this tactic with the likes of google and microsoft - not sites like not606. To most it is a minor issue but it really pisses me off.

'Never ask again' still means ' we will ask again tomorrow' - I bet that if I clicked agree by mistake I wouldn't be asked again tomorrow.
' Never ask again ' still means ' we will ask again tomorrow ' - it is obvious that this is a deliberate ploy to get you fed up and give them the answer they want. I know I am being pedantic and guilty of ' cutting off my nose to spite my face ' but I refuse to be bullied into doing something I do not want to do. I have changed Banks rather than agree to fingerprint or facial recognition as the only way to sign in. Victor Meldrew I may be but if not606 continue to refuse to accept that ' never ask again ' means exactly that you will notice fairly shortly that I am no longer involved.

I clicked the never ask again and haven't been. Do you delete cookies after each session or something which makes it think it is a new sign-in?
