Aye for sure if the fee is right but if he has a cracking season now he’s in the side you’d hope maybe a couple clubs want to have a look and we get a bit more.

He always looked like he could develop but it’s hard to see him reaching the level we have now.

We all trust the club like if Wolfsburg wanna pay a decent fee on January you’re maybe right, I’d still say rising it to end season would potentially maximise any fee though.

Mad to be even thinking of selling surplus players to decent calibre Bundesliga sides 3 years after League One

If the fee for Seelt makes sense to us then I can see a deal happening.

I rate the lad but have doubts over his robustness and that's something the club say they targeted in the window just gone.

just goes to show how well KLD and KS has done,

and Stuart Harvey.

its remarkable that we are being linked to players at Real, Barca and Milan,
when 4 years ago was players from lower league

remember when fans were calling out for us to Lyle Taylor and Marcus Maddison

Patto leaves on a perm 10-15 mil.
Neil leaves on a perm 7-9 mil.
Cirkin leaves on a perm 7-10 mil.
Seelt leaves on a perm 3-5 mil.
Masuaka leaves on a perm 1-2 mil.
Rigg leaves on a perm 15-20 mil.
It's all if and buts but if it was all to happen a few bob back into the coffers.
Personally I'd want them all to stay except Masuaka.

Think some of these might be a tad optimistic, I reckon Neil and Cirkin will leave on bosmans in the summer where they can command a higher signing on fee, the club would have to force them out to get fees and that isn't our style these days.

Patto probably worth half that in the current market, Seelt worth considerably more if he can become an automatic starter at Wolfsburg (£12-18m), Masuaku probably will be let go for a nominal fee, Besiktas pay up the contract etc, Rigg will almost certainly stay but possibly be loaned out for experience, still has a big future here.

I was desperate for us to sign Maddison, felt like a real reach of a signing.

Really does give beautiful context to how brilliantly the club has been developed.

its staggering how far we have come, in a short amount of time really.

we were in L1, and struggling. we weren't doing great for a team of our stature. and I am thankful for those days, Those horrid, dark. dank, miserable days when beating Fleetwood Town on the final day to secure POs was seen as a success. We have used those as springboard to get us here,

losing 4-0, 5-1 and 6-0 all in one season got us to the PL.

the worst manager in Beale be put in charge, the only manager fans wanted sacked before it was announced.

Scowen, Dobson, Grigg, Lafferty...

We are Sunderland AFC and we are here to stay

Think those figures are a bit optimistic mate
Neil can sign a pre contract agreement in January and leave at the end of the season.
We may sell for minimal fee in January but given the way his agent has conducted negotiations I don't see the agent agreeing to that.

We should be sticking with Seelt. He is young, doing well in a good league and has all the attributes required to be a top centre half.

Remember Arsenal giving up on a certain Dan Ballard at a similar age
It could be a case of Seelt wanting to move permanently and to play regularly. He won’t be getting in here any time soon

Best for Neil if he goes to Coventry for few mill, at very best and we throw a sell on percentage in there. A think he’ll go abroad like, if patterson goes he’ll have to be replaced with a home grown player now? Aren’t we at the limit for foreign players?

Sure he was linked with German clubs the other day. Was expecting him to feature way more than he has. Be telling if we sign another striker in Jan.

I think you’ve massively over priced Patto, Neil, Cirkin and Masuaku there. We’d do well to get 15m for them all. That said a full season in Bundesligue probably makes Seelt worth a bit more and I’d be loathe to sell Rigg at all and certainly not for that price.
