Think some of these might be a tad optimistic, I reckon Neil and Cirkin will leave on bosmans in the summer where they can command a higher signing on fee, the club would have to force them out to get fees and that isn't our style these days.
Patto probably worth half that in the current market, Seelt worth considerably more if he can become an automatic starter at Wolfsburg (£12-18m), Masuaku probably will be let go for a nominal fee, Besiktas pay up the contract etc, Rigg will almost certainly stay but possibly be loaned out for experience, still has a big future here.

Neil can sign a pre contract agreement in January and leave at the end of the season.
We may sell for minimal fee in January but given the way his agent has conducted negotiations I don't see the agent agreeing to that.
We should be sticking with Seelt. He is young, doing well in a good league and has all the attributes required to be a top centre half.

I would love to see us go back in for Fatawu from Leicester. Loads of potential and in a position we could do with adding too. Surely we could throw a few of our fringe players into any potential deal to bring the outlay down too

I think you’ve massively over priced Patto, Neil, Cirkin and Masuaku there. We’d do well to get 15m for them all. That said a full season in Bundesligue probably makes Seelt worth a bit more and I’d be loathe to sell Rigg at all and certainly not for that price.
Rigg hasn’t been on the pitch for our last 7 games. I’m expecting loan interest for him…
