What is it with continuing to bench Bergvall? Best player for months and barely gets a look in .... Same could be said for Palhinha.
It's not as if there is a fixture overload for next couple of weeks. :steam:

Having said that, I'm a lot more confident going into this one than I would have been 2 weeks ago.... Heart says win, head says score draw.

There’s a lot of young players to fit in. Gray hardly deserves to be dropped and you want one of Palhinha and Bentancur in there. And Xavi deserves to keep his run going at 10. Bergvall and Sarr both slight casualties of this recovery of results we’ve seen. For the latter the charitable interpretation is that Frank is managing his minutes in the first half of the season before AFCON.

We’re at an odd point in squad construction where we’ve got 3 young players (Sarr, Gray, Bergvall) who are all box to box players at the moment and all need minutes, and there’s only one spot for them to compete over.

With Bergvall, honestly think we're playing it safe with his concussion. Something which the Swedish NT couldn't be bothered to do...

I hope it's a case of safety-first and I get that. The AFCON option is less likely now that Pape also barely gets a look in - and possibly as a result - has looked far less effective when he has made an appearance.

Weird game so far. Forest have settled better but both teams are a bit sloppy and feeling their way into the game still. I do think we miss a natural left footer out there, Spence and RKM don’t always look that smooth.

We're very sloppy in possession and lucky not to have conceded. No-one having. A good game, but Bentancur particularly wasteful.
The barge on Xavi wasn't as strong as he made it out, but it was still an off the ball incident that should have warranted a card for Murillo.
