Wrongly had a goal disallowed, wrongly awarded a penalty. I call that evens.

For the first time that I can recall this season, Slot made changes that made a positive difference; Wirtz and Conor changed the game when they came on.

Literally hated that I had to agree with Shearer (stream switched to Amazon)... First time in 10 games the subs improved rather than screwed the team!

TBF, any sub that is replacing Isak is probably going to improve the side
 
VAR a complete mess again. I wouldn't say it was never a pen, but it was soft and I'm surprised it was given.
Maybe they realised they'd screwed up with the disallowed goal, or maybe they're just incompetent.
Anyway, a solid performance from a team that is under so much pressure atm - let's hope it's not another false dawn.

The penalty was blatant shirt pulling, why are you all making excuses that it wasn’t.

We always play better in Europe and against the better sides (don't know if inter are a "better side" or not)

Didn't want him, didn't need him, and other areas that needed attention. It was it is though, hopefully he can find some form eventually

Exactly... I said same thing... Same money thrown at CB... Palace mager is out on his ear lol.

But even just 3 good decent squad players. I could see if we hadn't got Ekitike... Just felt like a statement buy that ...until now doesn't fit with Slots set up... That could change if course... Salah goes... Proper Isak type winger... (Need Gakpo replace too then).

But fine, if they are saying to slot it's 3 years to build your own team because ...no matter how good Klopps was... It's not suited to your plans... Ok.

as I say... I didn't think he was priority either... But if 4 out 5 years are busting nets ..we will forget this convo lol

Think he doesn't get quite the goodwill because of how... Think it might have been the same with VVD if he had struggled at beginning

Said above... I'll give every new player the first season to bed in... Unless like MacAllister they revert to first season ...

Ach... Going to switch to positive.

I will give everyone this season due to all the shenanigans...on the proviso we aren't in bottom half of table.

Doesn't meant I'm not screaming ranting during match...
