Delighted. And I saw more aggression and effort today out of possession, get in! The shoots are there, looking forward to the next game.
Yes. Slow start, they came out first ten minutes having a go but we came right back and bossed the game until the last 5 minutes or so, when we eased off and they had a go. Tentative shoots of recovery but definitely better

It was a much needed win. Hopefully with the new back room arriving we can.build on this. We need to beat Pompey on Tuesday and we are capable of taking a point at Stoke.

The players wanted it...the management definitely wanted it...and we fans also wanted that win which was deserved. Two great goals and it could have been more. There is definite room for improvement but the shoots of recovery are there to be seen
Man Utd or Liverpool in the draw would possibly give us passage in to the next round....they are struggling at the moment lol
