Carragher said he was impressed by Sundrland but kept saying how terrible Liverpool were.

He also said how impressed he was with Alderette as a left sided centre back.
Hands off ya bugga, he's ours.

Oh, I'm still made up for Luke O9 making his premier league debut, well done lad.

There's something desperate about the way Sky cling on to the belief that the Anfield atmosphere is phenomenal ...

... they even commented on the Kop when it was the Sunderland fans singing <laugh>

They mentioned it all through the game and kept inferring our players would be intimidated by it, absoute nonsense.

These are all tough aggressive lads chosen for that reason. Implying that 'inexperienced kids' like Hume and Ballard would be affected is ludicrous when they've captained their country, played in WC qualifiers, excelled in the play-offs and a massive game at Wembley ... a much bigger deal than last night.

And it's almost as if coming back fron 0-2 against Bournemouth a week ago, in front of forty thousand supporters, never actually happened.

My golfing buddy is a Liverpool supporter. He texted to say "deserved, we were a little fortunate to get a point." Indeed they were. We hit the bar, a post and isidor missed.
A great team result.

Surley he means Liverpool were fortunate? And it was an own goal in the end that earned them our "fortunate" point.

Btw, how desperate does Slot sound with his comments ?

Hume shot off the bar wasn't a real chance? Our goal wasn't a real chance, but their deflected equaliser was a real chance?

I'd be worried if I was a Liverpool fan

he looked high as a kite when he was being interviewed. Talking absolute ****e, we just hammered another big nail in his anfield coffin

Not clever enough to sort it on my TV, every match this season fine not this one. Needless to say, will be in some pub in Plymouth watching when we play the skunks, not risking missing that
Vodafone and Sky broadband actively delay or disrupt illegal streams, if you have a vpn they are unable to detect the source of the stream
Always use a vpn <cheers>

National sports radio. This is absolutely pathetic.
Pundits with their heads in their hands. Joke.

My Liverpool supporting mate went last night and his hot take on the game is

Brobbey falls over far too easily for a big lad
We went down loads for minutes at a time pretending to be injured
We sat back really deep and just defended
Liverpool are in poor form but have far more quality, but Slot needs to go as hes wasting the talent he has

Think that was just about everything

Thought at one point he was going to cry

Yep. It's natural for them to dissemble under pressure, but he sounded as if he hadn't watched the match. Bad signs for them.

Sky and the others do this all the time, the cling to clichés as it means they don't have to think.

And you're right, whatever happens, this lot are frightened of sod all .

It beggars belief how much crap is thrown at our club by pundits and other teams ‘supporters’ to explain how incredibly lucky we are to be in the position we are in.
Apparently, according to the Sky pundits last night after the game, we were only able to sign the players we did this season because other teams wouldn’t touch them because of Afcon.
Crass stupidity and a total lack of respect for our club.

Never thought I'd get so much pleasure watching a well-drilled 442 shape out of possession, moving and working like a single organism. It's the bedrock of our fantastic start.

I don't think we are really defensive either as we switch into fast, attacking football whenever an opening appears.
Spot on mate!
