Some games seem to really suit his style and he looks composed and classy. But then in games where oppo teams play really intense, pacey football, he can sometimes look off it and lose the ball easily. Hopefully that part of his game will evolve with experience, as he's showing the potential to be excellent.

Sometimes he's played a bit too safe, sideways rather than forwards passing but with scoring so early, we kind of just needed the sideways passing at times just to control the game, i've liked him since he first came into the team, he's just a natural footballer, i remember that pass to the rat to score against Chelsea about 2 seasons ago...you knew then he was quality.

I think he just needs to believe in himself a bit more.

He needs a run of games to get that consistency

Anyone seen Roly by the way? Seems to have gone awol?

It's cos we scored after 55 seconds. He puts his Prophet Of Doom ****e at the start of the match day thread, then hopes and prays we do badly so he can whine about Howe, rubbish signings, all the money spent and only a milk cup to show for it, blah blah. No such luck for him this time.
