    This is a crucial partnership.

Just shows that if you keep the cover drive in the bag, you can bat on this wicket.

Hopefully Archer and Wood don't throw their wickets away. Atkinson is batting well.

Just woke up and put it on. How has this innikgs been from England?
More silly wickets or are we starting to think that this is just a very tricky batting putch to bat on?

I've only watched from when England were 6 down so not sure.

Mental the Aussies have gone to just bowling short, as almost every wicket has come from good length balls. Probably leaked 40 more than they would have liked.
    Bad shot there Archer

We’re pretty comfortable before lunch the Boland was bowling well, but we then lost 3 wickets to players playing the cover drive. Not good shots from Pope, Root and Brooks.

I wouldn't turn down singles TBH. Wood is a capable batter.

Would have liked 50 more but if we bowl like we did in the first innings 205 will be a tough target.

Right Boys. 2-3 quick wickets after tea required.

Fair enough. 3 low scoring innings suggest it must be doing a bit. I suppose we shall find out shortly!

But more movement today as cloud cover, which hopefully England will take advantage of after tea.

Not necessarily. They were 15-1 after 10 overs last time. Just bowl with the same intensity.

Yes, but 2-3 quick wickets will have them a lot more worried in the changing room. Plus still a good amount of cloud cover and new ball did move around a lot more this morning for the Aussies

Tad easy this for the Aussies at the moment. No real movement and not beaten the bat once yet. Captain Stokes to the bowling crease please
