8 people including a top tier chairman have been arrested as well as part of the investigation. And last month they suspended 149 referees and assistant referees according to the guardian


Wonder what odds you could have got for that....."Think before you bet. Chances are you're going to loose"

We had a game in the snow during our 2011/12 season didn’t we? Seem to recall Jay Simpson and Cameron Steward scoring, might have been against Boro? Happily corrected if anybody can recall better.

I was at that game, this video doesn't do it justice, when the play was over a third of the way up the pitch, you couldn't see anything...

I wasn’t there but I remember the day well. I had to drive from Newcastle, through County Durham, then get to Barnsley before returning up the A19. The weather was ****ing atrocious. I was out about 16 hours and never saw a gritter. Remember following the game on various Radio stations. Can’t believe that was 15 years ago!
