time to shake things up, drop Sargent, or at least put him out wide, Makama through the middle
Interesting! I had a similar thought about switching Makama and Sargent to try to get him more involved but thought it would be dismissed as madness <laugh>

Alternatively, 4-4-****ing 2 as Mike Bassett would say

I think the latter might suit, with Kvistgaarden also available from the bench. Fisher isn't suited to playing as a WB and Sargent needs another player to play off.

As for Schwartau, it's time to drop him, 2 goals, no assists in 50 matches? Come on that's Hernandez levels of poor, and I won't add further comments on him.

Players could return just in time to save Liam's job! <whistle>

Remember that Oscar is still only 19 and that most of his appearances have been as a sub until now when injuries have pushed him into the side. IMO he's done reasonably well considering the results we've been getting:

Yes he's young but at what point do we suggest he's unsuited to championship football or unable to adapt to playing style?
Is he playing well? If we take 1-5 as poor, 5.1 - 7 as average and 7.1-10 as great, then he's playing averagely. He supposed to be a creative player, yet has created the bare minimum, over an average of 60 mins during those last 10 matches.

Edit: I'm not saying he won't be good enough, however the club are in a position where they cannot carry players, e.g. Real last night with Mbappe & Vini

Remember that ratings are lower where the minutes played are lower, sub appearances in particular but my hope is that Kvistgaarden is now ready to start on the left, or alongside Sargent.

"Changing me won't change very much" (Liam Manning)
If that isn't a reason for making a change, I don't know what is.

Looking at 3 of the bottom 4, we may as well swap out with Wilder, Manning & Still (I know he's no longer their gaffer) each matchday, not sure it would make any of the teams worse!
