It won’t but the report on the Beeb says “The attack is not being treated as terrorism, and detectives are working to establish any relationship between the suspect and the three victims, the Metropolitan Police said.”

So maybe something targeted between people who knew each other. Doesn’t do the victims much good either way.

I honestly wouldn't know how many Afghans have commited this sort of crime. Everytime I hear something it tends to be a different country. So for example I think the guy that stabbed that women with a screwdriver was Sudanese, the guy they accidently released was Ethiopian, and this guy is Afghan. I'm pretty sure an English guy would have stabbed somone this week and them Scots are mad bastards.
