I'm so sorry to hear about Frenchie. My thoughts go to his family. It is a difficult time for them. Our loss is trivial in comparison but I will miss his stories of life in France and the raids into his cellar to deal with whatever WFC was serving at the time. RIP Frenchie. You will not be forgotten.
So sorry to hear about this. I never met him, but have been on these forums a long time and enjoyed his contributions. My thoughts go to his family and those who knew him.
Yorkie can you please send on my condolences too. Like many on this post I never had the privilege to meet Frenchie personally but have had many conversations on this site with him through the years. I noticed that most people posting on here joined in (2011) when BBC closed the 606 site. That is a long time to have had a pen pal along with all the other familiar names on this Forum. RIP Frenchie you will be sadly missed.
Another loss on our forum who will be missed, and another reminder our some times fragile existence is only temporary and we only continue to exist when we have people who member us Please include me in your list to Betty
