I'm one that was ok to give him time but that needs to correspond with some progress and whilst I accept mistakes will happen we keep making the same ones and when that happens something has to change or you'll just keep repeating it - that doesn't outright mean sacking but something has to change somewhere.
I was with you, but I can't really think of any occasion (maybe Wrexham) where he's positively impacted the in-game play, either tactically or with subs. He's made things worse. Now there's accepting that there may be adjustment, and there's realising people need to learn stuff, but we're not a club that can afford to let that happen this season in reality. I'm sorry, Will, I do like you, but your time is up. He should go and get a job at an upper L1/low level Champ club that doesn't have huge expectation, and he may well end up being a good manager, but we can't afford to take that time.
