I'm not up on loan conditions but can we recall Bree from Charlton if we don't have a fit RB?
But failing that i'd play Edwards there and pair THB with Wood.

Not outside of the transfer window. But unless we agree with Charlton to extend his stay, he'll be back in January when his loan ends.

Thing is, Röhl was always the first choice for the club but we got shafted by Chansiri. If he now goes up and works wonders at Rangers, it’s going to really stick in the craw.

Yeah i have been amazed we have watched our performances and knowing Rohl was there, and let that all happen with Rangers. Makes the whole thing more maddening to me.

His contract is up at the end of the season I think, imagine Charlton will pay a small fee to make it permanent in Jan

Could rename us SSouthampton.

SOSouthampton?

MIDFIELDER Shea Charles rubbished the idea that manager Will Still is to blame for his side's poor start to the Championship season.
Charles insisted that Still should not bear the brunt of frustration from fans, and suggested players must take responsibility for squandered chances.

I know it’s stats and all that, but this is interesting. We’re way off where we should be going by our stats, which would suggest it’s not as if wholesale changes are needed. A new/effective striker would be far more impactful than a new manager.

I'd argue that our actual position in the league is much more representative of our performances than that xG table.

Of course. But it’s indicative. It shows we’re creating chances that a half decent strike force would convert. That’s where the issue lies, not necessarily the poor little redhead guy who has been given a bit of a duff hand. Maybe.
