It’s simple. We have to check on this. 55m. That’s a lot of money for a footballer who can’t kick a football right.

Wtf are we doing here. That amount of money should guarantee us a player who can kick a football in ways we could only dream.

failing to win games and not learning from previous mistakes :emoticon-0148-yes:

If Tino is injured, there are problems - we haven’t got Shahar near ready, Harrison was a waste of time so we’re back to OAP Trippier which is another failing. We have not built this squad properly.

It’s not a squad we should have after so much spent. We’ve spent £600m on ****ing subs.

It was an ok performance until the Livramento injury. It was a bad result though, no doubt.

We're 1 win in 6 and 1 In about 9 dating back to Chelsea last season. I think some people have got their heads stuck up their arses though... This side isn't playing well.

These players all look miserable and Howe is beginning to sulk like be did at Bournemouth in the end. I think there's problems in this dressing room.

It happens.. Eventually it happens and the result is always the same..

That’s a Howe thing.

But people seem to think it’s ok to lose.

I'm not saying Howe out by any stretch but I'm beginning to sense things could be heading that way... Something ain't right.. We were seeing some great football but that's all gone.

It’s a bad loss. Whichever way we look at it.

We have not started the season well statistically.

It’s not statistically. In every measure it’s been very poor. We have incredibly poor players and a very average squad. Weve invested very heavily in mediocrity and it’s now starting to hurt. Our left wing has had £90m spent on it and it miles away from Arsenals who have spent less. Right wings a joke. We haven’t seen one cf but I’ll be astonished if Wissa looks like a £55m player and poor Nick is the only guy bringing quality to a huff and puff side.

The midfield don’t look as determined, they seem flat. Defence is absurd that we end the match today with Burn, Trippier and Lascelles on the pitch. How are our best players the ones who seem to be not fit enough, constantly subbed off for utter crap? The club feels like a newly promoted side, sprinkling of talent here and there but relying on championship players. And whilst I get PSR is a problem, we have two seasons of CL football now, an adidas deal and more, we should be much, much better than this. We’re going backwards.

the ISAK thing wrecked preseason. No striker with a preseason and the morale hit too. Add to that players needing to be bedded in.

The keeper cannot keep the ball
We're devoid of pace in the back line
The midfield is actually good
The wingers are all ****
Woltemade is good but looks a bit shocked at how crap the other fwds are

Chaos is right, something is wrong at the core of the club. We still feel like a plucky championship side for all the recent success.

Gordon, Murphy, Barnes and Elanga are £150m+ of plodding crap.

Yeah, the form is very poor. Individual match performances not great, but usually not as bad as the results. Need some better results soon though or the risk is confidence and performances will deteriorate (further).
