It's the little things that matter a lot that Regis gets right. When we made subs in the second half, Hume and Talbi both moved over from the right to the left at the same time, keeping the familiarity of having each other in front or behind one another. This helped us keep cohesion and the overall changes didn't effect our shape as much as it could have.
In the past, multiple subs, 3+ have made the side feel shapeless and disjointed. Now it feels like every addition knows exactly why they've been brought on the pitch, and know what they have to do for the good of the team.
There's no egos. Everyone works as a collective for the good of the team. I absolutely love this side.
