Tell you what did catch my eye last night was the Lincoln City main stand (when they were playing Chelsea) - it looked on the tv ****ing huge for a lower league side. I had to look up the capacity which is 5,700, that might not seem a lot, but I think by lower league standards it could be, either that or it's just the structure is deceptive to the eye when full. please log in to view this image
I like a ground with one randomly massive stand and three **** ones. Woking a personal favourite. Crewe too.
Yeah that's exactly what it was like lol. Only need to open one stand with that for my lot most weeks.
Huddersfield hit the post, that could have made the last few minutes interesting if that had gone in. That was so unlucky, great shot that looked as if it was going in but nope not to be.
Another downfall of this bollocks seeding is it creates more massively uncompetitive ties. 4 clubs in the CL tonight all facing opposition below the championship.
On the bright side we get two separate weeks of Carabao action to accommodate Palace’s important trip to Torpedo Vaduz in Game Week 4 of the Conference League.
