Botman is for sure, both defensively and on the ball, hopefully his knees don't explode, it's too early to tell with Thiaw.

Tino - Thiaw - Botman - Hall looks like our best quality defence by far now. So long as they stay injury free. Schar & Burn are very dependable back-ups. Tripps looks past it now. Love the guy for what he's done for us, but his legs have gone.
Yes they did but you can understand why he played them at this point. Experience is probably desirable against Barcelona. Schar is a international CB Burn is also now an international CB So they are dependable. But the new guard are coming through. Thiaw Botman Hall and Livermento are all similar age profiles and could realistically be our back four for the next 4-6 years.
Not you necessarily mate, but I meant how long this will take for Thiaw and Botman to displace the current two. It'll become frustrating and then when it happens people will finally accept it.. We might even see weird stats before then.
A slip up by Botman could have been costly and just seen a simple cross where Botman and Hall embarrassingly bad
He has to be encouraged to not pass safe. He has the technical ability. Bruno should encourage him to be positive not safe and to not worry if it goes wrong.
