We are a side devoid of any creativity or spark then factor in Eddie has decided to play with a back 9.

We’re just dull and boring. I don’t know what eddies squad decisions are supposed to do, city have named an unchanged line up today for the fourth match in a row.
Last time we were in the Champions league the complaint was that we got too many injuries by not using the squad and Eddie mindlessly playing the same players week in week out. Which is he actually supposed to do?

There is no chance whatsoever of this side getting back the champions league or Europe in any capacity on what we're seeing and that will be Tonali and Guimareas gone.

They'll cash in on Botman and Howe will be given a few hundred million more, so
We fould be the next Everton if we're not careful... Oh well have it wait and see.

Decent point but we're supposed to be more capable I'm sure having spent 650 million pounds in this squad.
Yawn

Today I’ve been quite balanced with my thoughts and this game would in the past have triggered me.

My thought is that it’s a great point. It was a very defensive performance and we got what we came for.

Willock looks finished. We have Bradford next and we should probably play some of the fringe players again to get that sharpness.

Second half not having a shot is poor mind.

Win games first and foremost.. Today's a decent point, but I don't think anyone can deny we're not looking very good at all this season.

We just seem to be lacking a cutting edge. But ut's early in the season and when the likes of Elanga, Woltemade, Thiaw are used to how we play and we get Gordon back from from suspension, plus Ramsey & Wissa back from injury, we could look a very different side.

Well.....

Botman has to be a starter now
Tino and Hall looked ok but will improve the more they play
Felt sorry for Tonali having to be the entire midfield by himself
Woltemade will make a great 10 when Wissa is fit
Thought Barnes was our best attacking player today
Miley needs game time to improve - loan him out
Willock, as others have said, looks to be finished.
Thought Pope's kicking was on a different level to what he used to serve up - maybe Trev can learn new tricks after all.
We needed that creativity to come on in midfield instead of pass it backwards Miley - not sure why we couldn't bring on Bruno for last 20.

Yep I agree with all of this.

Mikey doesn’t look forward for a pass or at least he didn’t today.

Good point though.

Agree with the exception of Barnes, but the fwds left and right are all way below what's required for our ambitions.
