Apparently it's the price America has to pay for the second amendment It's what he would have wanted Had he been more right leaning at the time the bullet would have missed
A man who said that the ludicrously high level of gun deaths in the US was a worthwhile consequence of preserving their 'freedoms', gets shot dead. Sympathy for his family, but none for him. He himself considered empathy a 'new age' concept that causes harm. I wonder if RFK Jr. will blame it on video games.
Shock horror! That reptile Mandelson is sacked! For the 3rd time! What was Starmer thinking appointing him in the first place? Yet another example of his total lack of political nous. We already had a well respected on all sides ambassador in place but Starmer ignored all the obvious drawbacks and appointed that creep. That should be a nice talking point for Trump's state visit...
From the Times In February last year, Turning Point USA published a video on YouTube in which Kirk said at a speaking event that he was “very pro-second amendment”, referring to the right to bear arms. “I fully acknowledge and admit that when you have gun ownership, you're going to have gun deaths,” he said. “There is a cost to liberty. If you argue for second amendment rights and argue that you're going to get gun deaths to zero, that is a falsehood.” He continued: “Liberty comes at a price. So I believe yes, there will be costs and consequences to having firearm ownership but the positives far outweigh the negatives.”
Anybody know where to get hold of a small flamethrower? The pathetic night-skulking 'patriot' ****ers have erected flags down my street and I'm rather keen to burn the ****ers down.
Not my headline. I'm sensing you're one of these proud 'patriots'. There certainly wouldn't have been any 'crowds' cheering the sad ****ers putting the flags up in the middle of the night, would there? Get over it.
You do love an assumption don't you? I'm not one for flags either and both sides in the debate are being pretty pathetic Sadly there is a complete lack of tolerance with too many - yourself included Stroller - wanting to label those as somehow against them if they don't appear to agree with their own viewpoints It's increasingly leading this country - and many others - down the path of wasted opportunities when we need to be finding collective solutions to problems, social and economic, that we need to face into
The people putting up the flags are those that are showing intolerance. It's not patriotism, it's intimidation. I agree that we need to find collective solutions, but flag-shagging won't help.
I think we are in a society of intolerance now tbh Strolls. People’s impatience and expectations are at an all time high and completely unhealthy. And certainly a contribution to mental well-being (or unwell-being if such a word exists). It’s incredible that if something doesn’t happen immediately people start getting all angry and even aggressive.
