Loan with option to buy makes sense financially with Cook likely gone next season and his wages removed.
Pretty sure his family supports qpr...and he has expressed a desire to come back
He’s a decent player, why would he aim so low?
The family connection helps us obviously but do find it odd if teams with deeper pockets than us aren’t taking him at the sort of fee we’d stretch to on wages we wouldn’t.
