Worst thing is was the lack of effort from most of the players who started imo. Felt like most of them felt like they just had to turn up to win. You’ve played in a virtually empty ground to a team that have not been getting paid, poor form that. Player ratings to come in the morning.

Good draw away at banana skin cup opposition.. expect us to beat them soundly in the replay back at elland road. Why you all so glum?

We should've put Bamford up top as the stadium was nearly empty. He might've bagged a few:D

Still angry still worried and see Farkes odds in the sack race have shortened. I am still in the camp of waiting and besides the garbage served up last night and another few days of being laughed at I saw a glimpse of hope. DCL should have scored one was very unlucky 3 times and skied a penalty. However he is starting to look like a threat. He was our most potent weapon he looked mobile and gave a lot of effort. I also thought Okofon was decent and he too was unlucky on goal.

Far too soon to be talking about the manager. We’ve been embarrassed in a cup. So what. That’s been happening almost every season since I started supporting Leeds in 68. As for the signings, they may work out or could yet be poor as in the year orta blew the 100m on mainly dross. The reality some can’t or won’t face is that top managers and players will not sign up for Leeds while we’re still seen as relegation candidates. So the fans in Elland road have a huge part to play this season in trying to lift the team in each and every game. Support who we have and forget about fantasising about top class players and managers we won’t have

I didn't see what you saw about Okafor's performance. I didn't see anything special. I think Ramazani would have created more.
We needed to put the effort in, just as the kids did. Bielsa took on the PL with a team of pretty average players because they bust a gut in every game.
Farke made errors because of his stubbornness. He took Nmecha off for DCL because he was our 9 but why not take Piroe off, who was having a shocker, and play 2 up front. He should have seen early, as we all did, that we were too slow and ponderous. I want him on the touchline shouting at the players, not moaning to his staff.
If he wasn't seeing what everyone watching was seeing then I'm very worried.

But, most fkn important Dan, get a fkn set piece coach!!!

If DCL is our most potent weapon after missing a couple of decent chances and doing a Kevin sinfield with his pen then we're not going far...farke put a decent side out against a bunch of kids and the players out on the grass couldn't find a way through....you don't win nowt with kids eh <doh>

You’ve been watching Leeds as long as most of us. I’m interested Shaks as to what you thought the season would pan out like. For me it’s following same pattern as it always does for newly promoted teams. First and second season fairly miserable viewing for the most part
