    Defence needs to wake up.

If Konate isn't going to turn up, we need a CB that will and sell Konate whilst we can.

Kerkez probably needs to sit on the bench and watch Robbo for a few games.

Konate as been poor again, rather see Gomez or Leoni get a chance

I really don’t know how we are going to last a season of helter skelter football. We are all over the place. I hope we get Guehi in because Konate is a shadow of what he was last season

Im struggling with Kerkez tbh, he’s rash, looks off the pace and offers zero in the final 3rd… As of right now Robbo not being on the pitch is silly

Defensively we only really got opened up from long balls and crosses/set prices again. How they scored both their goals otherwise didn’t really create loads.

You’d think with vvd and Konate we’d be alright defending that, but kerkez for the first was poor and Konate just gone done by Burn which have to say is fair enough, won’t come up against 6ft8 every week.

Was just the lack of control we had. When was 2-0, just has to take sting out of everything. But seems everytime we got it was run forward 100% and try find killer pass and cross and ended up giving it right back to them.

Wirtz, poor today on the ball. Wonder if might get bit more time next week v Arsenal where will be bit more tactical rather than 100mph.

Robertson surely has to come in next week to give kerkez a break and wouldn’t be shocked to see go to midfield if Mac Grav szobo and let Wirtz come off bench.

His defending for their goal was embarrassing. He wasn't even looking towards the ball, never mind actually challenging to win it

I've said all along I'm always nervous when there are a lot of changes to a winning team. I think this lot will take time to get to learn to play together, but I'm confident they will.
My fear is always that too much ground can be lost during that bedding-in process, so as long as we're pulling in the points while not being at our best I'm hopeful.

Under Klopp's prime team, we always felt we'd get the all important goal no matter what was on the clock. I had that feeling tonight for some reason; just had that feeling we'd get a winner after they'd equalised.

Still not sure about Kerkez, makes the simple look hard.

I was screaming for Rio to come on as that would have prevented them from throwing everyone forward if we had kept him up when they came forward. We played poorly tonight but came away with a win which is what champions do.

If Gordon had stayed on it would have been a different outcome.

A win is a win but our defence is worrying.

Love a last minute winner. What a debut for the youngster. Alisson in top form too, always bodes well.
