I use to like doing competitions, but just don't have the concentration these days. I would do something around a weekly star player, which fed in to a season table, but you lot would cheat and pick your own players every ****ing week. It works when you do it on club boards, because you are only picking from your own club. So each game, you pick your top three players, first place 3pts, second place 2pts, third place 1 point. Then as I said that fed into a season table and when I use to do it, you could pretty much have it as a given who the player of the season would be, because the people that were doing it were actually watching the games. How you transfer that into a multi team scenario not really sure but I use to enjoy it more than the prediction leagues, because it was a productive competition in that you would have to state specifically to that game why you selected each player. And it's interesting when people talk about players, other than something twitter has said. Anyway now I've bored everyone I'll **** off.
I suppose you could let people pick their only players if they wanted, even if they are doing it for cheating, because it would add to the bantz. I'd probably say you can pick any team players within the whole of Premier League as long as they played some minutes...however, in your own selections, you can't pick a player who you selected in your previous selections....but someone else obviously could. Trying to think who my top three would have been in the last set of games (can't remember now), and remember my own list would be restricted by the games I watched, so for example I didn't watch MotD, so it would only be from live games I've seen.
Well I was going to suggest I'd get it set up and you run the table side of things, but the mess you made of this one, clearly it's beyond an accountants capability. Only joking mate.
Id have played but as he has Leicester in his blood, they'd have been some cheating on the way and a lot of pleading innocence to follow.
