For me it's still too soon in the season to be making predictions based on form over 2 games so I'll go for my default of City to win, 2-0. UTT!
Think Blackburn could be in trouble this year. If we want to be up there, these are the sort of games we need to win at home
voted for a draw as I'm a Jonah when I vote win we lose, so hoping for a win
If we play like we did yesterday….we will blow most teams away. Maybe not the top top teams…but we will be ok this season!!

How many times has one poster’s prediction of a routine 3-0 win against a team from a crap city with a crap stadium and crap supporters been correct?

I lost count of the number of crap teams who beat us last season.
The reality of the Championship is that anyone can beat anyone else on any given day. That alone makes it more exciting and interesting than the boring PL.

They don’t seem very confident. Their key players want/have gone out, Macca is the only signing they’ve made with Championship experience and reading through it all, they don’t seem very optimistic about the season.
I had them to finish 21st this season (I put us 16th, thanks for asking), but given their penchant for manager changes and underwhelming loan signings, I can genuinely see them dropping down this season.

Jones already has one for boro, but not with his head
Jimmy C was a midget really as far as centre halves go and even he chipped in his fair share of goals.
Just think Macca wasn’t really aggressive enough at attacking the ball even in defence. Jones was a much better player IMO.
