    Have to say all the new lads were exceptional, but I’m giving MOTM to Ballard.

    Crucial goal line clearance first half and a great header to make it 2-0. Defensively solid all game. Superb.

    Back 4 were a hell of a unit today and then we brought on Alderete.

    Midfield were brillant and then we brought on Rigg and Le Fee.

    Up front we looked dangerous and then we brought on Isidor.

    The weeks of feeling numb at us losing to some League One relegation fodder. David bastard Moyes telling us we were done for in August. The total disgrace that was Champo relegation.

    All of it. Enjoy your night lads and lasses, we may have taken the scenic route but we are 100% back.

    Wow. What a day. Fantastic day around Sunderland with Sunderland people.

    Took the boy out early, got him some new gear.

    Then bait and beers across Sunderland center before the game.

    Game was great. Every man stepped up. WHU did have a spell first half but half time we must have had a word. Second half was great. Diarra and Ballard for me where the best on the pitch.

    Game finished and we headed next to friends car and got invited into our friends at Angelos with some free beers and snacks.

    Just got in. What a day!

    We need to remember this when things get tough, when we dont win or get hammered.

    We can compete, we can win in the premier league, we have good players, they might not be at their best every week but when it comes together we are a serious force.
