Half of them should be coming into their prime not needing experience and I’m not sure what they’ll gain from playing a league one reserve team.

I didn't say anything the other day, but I generally keep an eye on the non league games and Leicester City U21's were playing at Braintree, in the National League Cup, surprised BWood didn't mention it actually, and Braintree Town won 2-0 - so I guess these Leicester youngsters are not as good as we are led to believe lol..while Fulham U21's were hammering Sutton 0-7.

Just catching up. So Fosse’s “da yoof” turns out to be a group of 20 somethings, bigging up this Monga kid as the next Messi seems to be far fetched and the strongest team in the Championship claim has evaporated after just about scraping a win against Wednesday and losing to a L1 side in the cup.
I’m shocked…<laugh>

I know Bwood played the Forest yoof but it’s such a nonsense competition even I don’t keep track of it and I will gladly watch and bet on an Indonesian third division match if it’s being streamed.

Just had a look and Bwood won 2-0 so well done to them. A pointless experience for everyone in a competition that shouldn’t exist.

Non-league should get league games in a) when the weather is good and b) when there’s not Prem football happening to help get the gates up.

Such sad times, Leicester yoof being stuck in pointless competitions that shouldn't exist, from Premier League champions to this, sad days indeed.

As a football fan, I’ve seen plenty of trophies and whilst not from my own team, have enjoyed them all.
The way you’re going, your likely to be the recipient of the 2025 egg on your face trophy which will also be one I enjoy watching <laugh>
